22 months old

This last month has been a big one for all of us because Gordy is officially 100% potty-trained during the day!  He still wears a diaper at night and during naps, but those diapers are dry half the time when he wakes up, so we are doing quite well!

He knows some of his colors (yellow, blue, red, purple and green) and can point them out if asked.  He's started saying two words back to back like "mommy go" when he wants me leave him alone in the bathroom so he can do his business.  He is super into his ukulele and not only plays it constantly, but will sing and dance around with it while he strums away.
He still loves his chalk and begs to play with it almost every day.  He's also fallen back in love with his swing and will spend crazy of amounts of time in it (with Elmo), if we are willing to push him.
Each time one of us leaves for work, Gordy will say "work" and seems to understand that it means we will be back.  When he wants something or wants to do something himself, he'll point to himself and say "Gogo!".  He still loves to read and he has a few favorites that he keeps in his room to read before bed over and over and over again.
