Summer camp is over and Gordy absolutely loved it. It was a 5-day camp was out at Mokuleia with lots of face painting, singing and chanting, archery, nature walks/adventures, a high ropes course to climb, bonfires, swimming in the pool, movies, and most importantly, ga-ga ball (dodgeball in a pig pen).
Every day when we'd pick him up, Gordy was absolutely grimy, sweaty, hungry, face-painted, and exhausted. He made lots of friends, only got a little sunburnt a few times, and he already can't wait to go back next summer.
